We artisans take an old school, hands-on approach and create our chocolate from scratch. We work long and hard, and take note of the finer details. The cacao bean, it’s origin, the farmers, the flavours. We believe in high quality. In small batches. In fair trade. In always improving and perfecting. We don’t just make chocolate. We love it.
At Pure Mill Chocolate, we believe everyone should be eating the good stuff. Dark, organic, high quality chocolate you can feel good about. Our products are made using ethically sourced, organic cacao beans, made from the exceptionally high-quality, native Criollo cacao bean variety. A truly unique bouquet of flavour and aromas.
We distinctly use untraditional crafting methods, keeping our processing low and heat-treating light. We celebrate the natural flavours of the cacao bean. We gently hand temper our chocolate before enriching them with fruits, oils, spices, seaweeds, and ancient super-foods for extra flavour and nourishment.

Not only do our chocolates taste delicious, but they are full of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. Our products are organic, paleo, vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free.
We use organic mineral rich panela sugar to naturally sweeten our chocolates. It has a high nutritional quality and antioxidant capacity, so we love it as a healthful alternative to raw sugar and white sugar, which are highly refined and lacking in nutritional value. Several studies have demonstrated the important beneficial health effects of unrefined sugars and their precursor products. These beneficial effects include immunological, antitoxic, cytoprotective, and anticarciogenic activities, as well as the prevention of diabetes and hypertension (Jaffé, 2012).
