Chocolate can - and should - have distinction, complexity, tone and an unexpected flavor.

Pure Mill Collaborates with Local Brewery

Some things just go well together. Peanut butter and jelly. Crunchy cookies and afternoon tea.

Beer and chocolate.

Now this is a pretty decadent marriage of flavours, with its delicate balance of sweetness and bitterness. And our local Glass House Brewery has raised the bar with their latest chocolatey creation, mixing our very freshly roasted cacao beans with coconut, inspired by Nestle's Golden Rough chocolate.

This magical brew was made by Brendan Chan, who named the beer Old 'N' Rough. It was crafted especially for the Great Australasian Beer Spectacular (GABS) in Brisbane, said to be one of the top 10 beer festivals in the world.

The Great Australasian Beer Spectacular will be held in Brisbane on April 27, where people will be able to experience the newest craft beers made by Glass House Brewery.
