All our cacao is sourced from reliable, family ran farms on the untouched paradise of the Solomon Islands. We purchase high quality, organic beans from a privately funded social enterprise that is dedicated to enabling the communities on the Island, working to improve farming and processing to provide a fairer and higher price.
The beans are naturally box fermented (5-7 days) with organic banana leaves and either sun or solar bubble dried (5-10 days).
