We make this 70% dark chocolate with Solomon Island cocoa beans, grown by Jasper Iniga on Malaita Island.
Malaita was where the first trial cocoa trees were planted in the Solomons. This produced some well adapting varieties, such as the Amelonado.
Tasting notes of dried fruits (figs, plums and apricot), toasted nuts and a hint of spice.
All of our chocolate is organic, gluten, dairy and soy free.
